Every NLM piece is made to order. Nothing is printed until you buy it: the design is sent to our print partner once your payment is confirmed, printed onto the garment named on the product page, and shipped straight to you.
Your order is sent to production automatically as soon as payment is confirmed. Printing and packing usually take 2–7 business days before the parcel is handed to the carrier. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays start on the next business day.
Orders are printed and dispatched by our production partner, usually from the United States. Several pieces in one order normally travel together, but may arrive in separate parcels when they are printed at different facilities.
One flat rate per order, in USD — it does not change with the number of items. Delivery times are counted in business days from order to door, production included, and are the same estimates shown at checkout. They are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include time held in customs.

The cart shows the exact shipping charge for your destination before you pay, and there are no handling fees on top.
We currently ship to 39 countries and territories: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Malta, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, South Korea, Taiwan. You choose the destination in the cart, and checkout accepts an address in that country only — the rate you see is the rate for where the parcel is going.
When your parcel is handed to the carrier, we email you the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Allow up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear. You can also check the status of every order, and download its receipt and invoice, at Orders using the email address you paid with.
If no tracking movement has been recorded 5 business days after dispatch, reply to your order confirmation email and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Prices and shipping are charged in USD. We do not currently add sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout, so the total you pay us is the price of the goods and shipping only.
United States: orders are normally printed and shipped inside the country, so no import duties apply.
All other destinations: parcels usually cross a border, and any import VAT, GST, customs duty or carrier handling charge set by the destination country is payable by the recipient, typically on delivery. We declare every order at the price actually paid; we do not mark parcels as gifts or undervalue their contents.
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Because the order goes to production as soon as payment is confirmed, we cannot guarantee a change of address or a cancellation after you have paid. If you spot a mistake, reply to your order confirmation email straight away — if printing has not started we will correct or cancel the order. See the Returns policy for what we can do after that.
If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a missed delivery, or unpaid customs charges, we will contact you about sending it again; the extra postage is at your expense.
Carrier delays caused by weather, customs inspections or other events outside our control are not by themselves a defect. A parcel is treated as lost when the carrier has shown no movement for:
