Paper Authority frames an invented Indigenous American woman in a sharp business suit, photographed from the waist up in a city office during morning light. The black-and-white editorial composition is built as a rectangular poster panel, with a single heavy sumi-ink brushstroke, dry edges, and scattered splatters placed across her eyes so her face remains hidden.

Body width is measured flat across the chest, one inch below the armhole — double it for the full circumference. Body length runs from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem. Sleeve runs from the centre back of the neck, along the shoulder seam, to the sleeve end.
